本数据集囊括2004~2010年中国喜马拉雅及周边地区采集的髭蟾，黑斑蛙，棘蛙族类，树蛙科，双团棘胸蛙，湍蛙亚科，小树蛙，云南闭壳龟，黑斑蛙，瘰螈属，原指树蛙种组等两栖爬行类样品的采集数据、形态学观测数据及其分子生物学实验检测数据信息。共计16个数据子集。
This dataset encompasses collection data, morphological observation data, and molecular biology experimental detection data for amphibian and reptile specimens collected in the Himalayas and surrounding regions of China between 2004 and 2010. The collected specimen taxa include Vibrissaphora (horned toads), black-spotted frogs (Pelophylax nigromaculatus), Paa tribe species, Rhacophoridae (tree frogs), Paa bipunctata (double-spined chest frog), Amolopsinae (torrent frog subfamily), Philautus (small tree frogs), Cuora yunnanensis (Yunnan box turtle), black-spotted frogs (Pelophylax nigromaculatus), Paramesotriton (newts of the genus Paramesotriton), and the Kurixalus species group. A total of 16 data subsets are included.
