资源简介:

The attached data contains Li-COR CO2 soil-atmosphere continuous monitoring data from four woodlands and an extensively managed hay meadow, known as Coronation Meadow. All these sites are at RBG Kew Wakehurst, Ardingly, West Sussex. Within this data set only the opaque chamber data from the four woodland types are part of the data analyses subset for the publication 'Hotter Soils, Faster Flux'. Within the data, habitat and chamber type can be found in the 'Transparency' column. Key: BW Op. = broadleaf woodland opaque chamber (labelled in paper BW). HC Op. = hazel (Corylus avellana) coppice opaque chamber. CP Standard Op. = conifer plantation standard opaque chamber (for clarity renamed in paper as NS-W Norway spruce - Picea abies - wider spaced trees). CP Dense Op. = conifer plantation dense canopy opaque chamber (for clarity renamed in paper as NS-N Norway spruce - Picea abies - narrower spaced trees). The data from the continuous monitoring opaque chambers within these four woodland types are analysed and discussed in the 'Hotter Soils, Faster Flux' publication. Codes that are in the dataset and are not used in the aforementioned publication are: CM Clear = Coronation Meadow clear chamber, CM Op. Coronation Meadow opaque chamber. CP Clear = conifer plantation clear chamber (this conifer plantation chamber is the same woodland site that was relabelled NS-W). BW Clear = broadleaf woodland clear chamber. HC Clear = hazel coppice clear chamber.
