Raw data set for prospective samples collected on SARS-CoV-2 positive and negative individuals (clinical data)

The data set includes results from 44 rapid antigen tests for SARS-CoV-2 compared to RT-PCR. <br> RT-PCR oropharynx, 0 = negative, 1 = positive, other value = inconclusive/not performed/sample is missing <br> Ct(OP) is the RT-PCR cycle of quantification on deep oropharyngeal swabs from the individual. The value reported is the Cq value. When negative, the result is reported ad 100.00. <br> For each rapid antigen test the results are reported as 0 = negative, 1 = positive, other value = inconclusive/not performed/result is missing.
