## **Abstract** \n\nThe dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from the dataset Surface Geology of Australia, 1:1 000 000 scale, 2012 edition. The source dataset is identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.\n\n\n\nAlluvium polygons extracted from the GA 1:1M Geology dataset for the Hunter subregion only.\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nFor report map display purposes.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nPolygons from the GA national 1:1M Surface Geology dataset were extracted based as follows:\n\n\n\n1) Polygon intersected with the HUN subregion extent, AND;\n\n2) 'NAME' = "alluvium 38485"\n\n## **Dataset Citation** \n\nBioregional Assessment Programme (XXXX) HUN Alluvium (1:1m Geology).
