RB constrains lineage fidelity and multiple stages of tumour progression and metastasis

RNA-Sequencing analysis of murine lung adenocarcinoma cell lines in the presence and absence of Rb. Cell lines were derived from KP tumours and KPRbTR tumours where Rb is trapped and lacks expression due to the XTR system. Cell lines were then subject to RNA-Seq to identify gene expression differences following loss of Rb expression. 4 KP and 4 KPRbTR cell lines were derived from murine lung tumours, and were then subjected to paired-end RNA-Sequencing to identify changes in the presence and absence of Rb.
