Cut&Tag-seq for HER1 location using a-HER1 antibody, and Cut&Tag-seq for WT and her1 using a-H3K9me2 antibody

To investigate the effect of the HER1 and identity its downstream targets, we analysed HER1 binding regions and genome-wide H3K9me2 levels in WT and the mutant her1 using Cut&Tag-seq. Overall design: Cut&Tag-seq for HER1 location used the a-HER1 antibody, and Cut&Tag-seq for WT and her1 used the a-H3K9me2 antibody.
