Stellar Encounters with Beta Pictoris. Table C1
收藏资源简介:
Encounter parameters of the 52 stars with a 95% empirical probability of having a close encounter (d < 2 pc) with β Pictoris. The columns represent the Gaia DR3 identification number, if the star belongs to a known multiple system, if the encounter between that star and β Pictoris was reported by Kalas et al. (2001), the assigned masses (obtained via cubic interpolation of the median of the Gaia effective temperatures using the table of Pecaut & Mamajek (2013)), and the encounter parameters. These parameters include the times, distances, and relative velocities at the pericentre. Each parameter is provided as a confidence interval, where the central value corresponds to the 50th percentile, and the left and right edges of the 95% confidence interval are given by the 2.5th and 97.5th percentiles, respectively. These are denoted as xP50, and [xP2.5, xP97.5] for x ∈ {Time, Dist, Vrel}.
