资源简介:
Double negative T cells are a subset of T cells with immunosuppressive functions. Our research found that cellular energy metabolism, especially fatty acid beta oxidation, is closely related to the function of DNT cells. Therefore, we treated DNT cells with Etomoxir, an inhibitor of fatty acid beta oxidation, and performed RNA sequencing. Taken together, our data provides genetic evidence for the regulation of DNT cell survival and function by fatty acid beta oxidation, and allows for further exploration of its inner molecular mechanisms. To investigate the differential gene expression of DNT cells after inhibiting fatty acid beta oxidation, we treated primary DNT cells obtained from the spleen and lymph nodes of C57 mice with/without treatment with the fatty acid oxidation inhibitor etomoxir.
