Processed HMe-Seal and RNA-seq counts data from small cell lung cancer patients

This repository contains R objects of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) hydroxymethylation (5hmC) profiles from small cell lung cancer (SCLC) patients and non-cancer controls (NCC), and genomic DNA 5hmC profiles from circulating tumour cell patient-derived xenografts (CDX). Data in the counts matrix files were derived from peaks called from whole-genome HMe-Seal profiles and merged consensus sets were created for each comparison. Peaks overlapping with the ENCODE-blacklist regions or X and Y chromosomes were removed. This repository also contains an R object with CPM-normalized counts RNA sequencing data for CDX models used in the study.
