EU-GPP site-level estimates and 10-year mean, trend, and IAV (2014-2023)

This datasets contains most of the source data used to produce the figures and tables in the manuscript "Spatiotemporal dynamics of gross primary production across Europe 2014 – 2023 using PROBA-V and Sentinel-3 FAPAR". The csv file "6data_merged.csv" contains site-level data of all the relevant variables, such as the ICOS ground truth GPP data (GPP_DT_VUT_REF for Ecosystem L2, and GPP_DT_VUT_REF2018 for Drought-2018), the baseline model without environmental stress scalars (gpp_ols), the final EU-GPP estimates (eu_gpp), and two other satellite-based global GPP products (mod17 for MODIS17, and dmp for DMP-GPP). The GeoTIFF files, including GPP_mean, GPP_trend, and GPP_iav are provided in WGS84 coordinate reference system. The full EU-GPP dataset is expected to be uploaded at a FAIR data repository soon.
