Incorporation satellite-driven data (TRMM3B43 and MODIS LST) and more 2000 weather stations in optimal TPS interpolation, ChinaClim_baseline is a brand-new and high-quality baseline climatology surface for China at spatial resolution of 1km. The data includes average monthly precipitation and temperatures (average, maximum and minimum temperature) over the most recent three full decades (1980-2010). The scale factor of the data is 0.01.
