Landscape of T Cell Infiltration from Tumor Microenvironment in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma Revealed by Single-Cell Sequencing

We performed single-cell sequencing on 11,866 single T cells isolated from the tumor and paired adjacent normal tissues from 3 patients diagnosed with OSCC. The transcriptional profiles of these single cells enabled us to identify 14 T cell subpopulations from the tumor tissue and 5 T cell subpopulations from the adjacent normal tissue based on their molecular and functional properties, and to delineate their developmental trajectories.
