Outsourcing in clinical development among global biopharma companies by size 2024

According to a survey conducted in 2024, 34 percent of biopharma executives whose companies are outsourcing stated that the full-service model is their current outsourcing model of clinical development work. The full-service model was more common among small and mid-sized companies (40 percent) than among large companies (35 percent).
