Molecular Simulation Data for: Oxidative Stress-Responsive Cell Wall Remodeling Depends on Phosphate in Candida albicans

This is the build and simulation directory for the molecular simulations described in an upcoming manuscript. The basic idea is to tarball up the simulation inputs and outputs as far as is practical through tar command. The underlying directory structure is very simple, with a "Build" subdirectory and a "Simulations" subdirectory at the same level in the file tree. Each has been tarballed seperately, with the simulations directory excluding .dcd and .BAK files to fit into zenodo upload limits.
