GEOLAB_Benchmark_TUDelft

This dataset includes a series of experiments performed at the geotechnical centrifuge of Delft University of Technology as part of the multi-scale, cross-institutional benchmark study performed under the framework of the project GEOLAB. The study investigates the potential scaling effects, accuracy and replicability of centrifuge models of the response of a single pile embedded in dry sand under various combinations of monotonic and cyclic lateral loading. The centrifuge models aimed to reproduce the events observed on a medium- to large-scale physical model following conventional scaling laws.
