Microbial regulatory dichotomy in Saccharina japonica gametophytes under antibiotic and thermal stress
收藏资源简介:
This project investigates the regulatory mechanisms of antibiotics and temperature on the microbiome of saccharina japonica gametophytes. Using a penicillin-streptomycin treatment and a multi-temperature gradient experimental design,we performed high-throughput amplicon sequencing of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene to profile the phycosphere microbiota. The data reveal a fundamental dichotomy in microbial regulation: antibiotic act as targeted selective agents driving qualitative community turnover, whereas temperature functions as a broad-spectrum environmental factor inducing only quantitative fluctuations in taxon abundances. These datasets underpin the core ecological trade-off observed at 15,where optimal host growth coincides with elevated pathogen risks, providing a theoretical basis for precision microbial management in kelp aquaculture.
