Elucidation of mechanism behind multi-drug resistance among different bacterial isolates.

Antibiotic resistance is a growing crisis for human health and the annual death has been projected to reach 10 million by the year 2050. Routes for developing resistance includes mutation in chromosomes, plasmids and other mobile genetic elements . To explore the mechanism of acquiring resistance against multiple drugs, our study aims to find out the comprehensive, mechanistic and molecular basis of resistance.
