Using human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells, cytotoxic mechanisms of Ab during its aggregation process were examined by microarray under conditions in which both oligomeric Ab (6-h incubation) and fibrillar Ab (24-h incubation) were formed. Overall design: RNA from human SH-SY5Y cells was extracted and processed for hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
