Data from a study of the sensitivity of the "Floratest" and "FLS 10s" fluorometers to dehydration of coffee leaves

The experiment included measurements of chlorophyll fluorescence induction (CFI) of leaves (6 in total) that had been detached from a coffee tree. Measurements were performed in parallel using two fluorometers («Floratest» and «FLS 10s»), that were developed at the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The first measurements were carried out immediately after the leaves were detached from the tree. Subsequent measurements were conducted on the second, third, fourth, fifth, eighth, and ninth days. Dark adaptation of the leaves lasted 3 minutes (prior to this, the leaves were placed in the shade 30 minutes before measurement, that allowed reducing the dark adaptation time), and the fluorescence measurement time was 10 seconds. During each measurement, the time of measurement, air temperature, and air humidity were recorded. The aim of the experiment was to determine which fluorometer would detect a statistically significant difference in changes in leaf fluorescence induction earlier between the first and subsequent days. The data measured with Floratest are contained in the file dataset_CFI_FloratestCoffee.csv. The data measured with FLS 10s are contained in the file dataset_CFI_FLS10sCoffee.csv
