This study aimed to identify the modes of action (MOA) of Aconitum carmichaeli Debeaux water extract (ACDW) in HT29 and SW1783 cell line. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for ACDW (500 ug/mL, 100 ug/mL, and 20 ug/mL, respectively) and vehicle control (2% DMSO).
