Ganzfeld telepathy meta analysis 1988-2021

Dataset collected for a meta-analysis looking at 5 factors of interest in the ganzfeld telepathy literature from 1988-2021. The five factors were chosen to aid the design and creation of a 'golden telepathy' standard study at the Koestler Parapsychology Unit at the University of Edinburgh. Studies and their associated data were primarily extracted from Patrizio Tressoldi's Ganzfeld database (1974-2018), available at Psi Open Data. A literature search was also conducted to search from 2018 - 2021. Each study was rated (0/1) for the presence of 5 factors: 1. Did the receiver see the sender's room before the study? 2. Could the sender hear the receiver produce their mentation? 3. Did the sender hear the receiver during the target judging stage? 4. Was the sender explicitly told to be silent? 5. Was there a review period after the sending/receiving period? The 5 factors were included as binary moderator variables in the meta-analysis. The analysis report is currently in the process of being published.
