资源简介:
Bladder cancer (BCa) is one of the most commonly diagnosed urinary malignancies with an estimated yearly 550,000 new cases worldwide. Previous study revealed that LINC00665 was a crucial oncogene that widely involved in tumor initiation and progression. Yet the biological role and underlying regulatory mechanism of LINC00665 in lymph node (LN) metastasis of bladder cancer (BCa) remain unclear. Our study aims to explore the target genes of LINC00665 and the underlying mechanism in the LN metastasis of BCa. Overall design: To detect the precise mechanism of LINC00665 in LN metastasis of BCa, the total RNA of T24 cells transfected with Vector plasmids or LINC00665-overexpressing plasmids was extracted and the next generation sequencing was conducted to explore the expressing profile difference between Vector and overexpression group. The result was obtained from three independent experiments.
