These are copies of letters sent by the Inspector of Stamps concerning the provision of plates for postal stamps, returns of stamps printed and issued, comments regarding sample sheets of stamps, estimates of expenditure, requisitions and statements of duties of officers, including a detailed statement of duties performed by the Inspector of Stamps (17 May 1854).
