Genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for thigh muscle fat infiltration (TMFI). This dataset contains genome-wide association summary statistics for thigh muscle fat infiltration (TMFI), a quantitative imaging-derived phenotype measured using MRI in the UK Biobank cohort. TMFI represents intramuscular fat infiltration in thigh skeletal muscle and reflects muscle quality and metabolic health. The GWAS was conducted in 46,347 unrelated of European ancestry from the UK Biobank who underwent thigh muscle MRI imaging at imaging visit V2.
