Microcensus Ad-Hoc-Module 'Reconciliation between work and family life' 2018 (SUF edition)

Full edition for scientific use. In addition to the core variables of the Microcensus Labour Force Survey (LFS), the LFS also has so-called ad-hoc-modules (AHM) that can vary from year to year. The EU-LFS ad-hoc-module 2018 on ‘Reconciliation between work and family life’ is divided into three submodules: care responsibilities, flexibility of work arrangements, career breaks. All persons aged between 18 and 64 years were interviewed in the initial survey of the microcensus. The questions of the ad-hoc-module were asked following the questions of the basic programme. The dataset also includes all questions of the main survey of the Microcensus 2018.

供科研使用的完整版数据集。除微型人口普查劳动力调查（Microcensus Labour Force Survey, LFS）的核心变量外，该调查还设有逐年调整的专项模块（ad-hoc-modules, AHM）。2018年欧盟劳动力调查（EU-LFS）以“工作与家庭生活协调”为主题的专项模块分为三个子模块：照护责任、工作安排灵活性、职业中断。本次微型人口普查的首轮调查受访对象为所有18至64岁的人群。专项模块的问卷问题紧随基础调查项目的问题之后进行询问。本数据集同时涵盖2018年微型人口普查主调查的全部问卷内容。
