The mechanism of Si-Miao-Yong-An Decoction in Ameliorating Sepsis Induced Coagulopathy by Suppressing Platelets Activation and Vascular Endothelial Injury

Si-Miao-Yong-An Decoction (SMYAD), either alone or in combination with other agents, can significantly ameliorate sepsis-induced coagulation dysfunction and markedly alleviate tissue damage. This study integrates transcriptome sequencing, combined transcriptomic-metabolomic analysis, and network pharmacology approaches to comprehensively elucidate the mechanism by which SMYAD regulates coagulation function to combat sepsis.
