Modelling complex growth profiles of Bacteroides fragilis and Escherichia coli on various carbohydrates in an anaerobic environment

We demonstrate the capabilities of a new model for microbial growth and death. In this dataset, is the raw and processed data files with their associated labels for E. coli and B. fragilis on thirteen carbohydrate sources.
