Pollen samples were collected from a stratigraphic column at 5DV3041,
the Monaghan Camp, to examine the paleoenvironment. The stratigraphic
column contains samples from both Pleistocene and Holocene loess. In
addition, pollen and macrobotanical samples were collected from two features
at this site to identify elements of the subsistence base.
