Analysis code and Source Files for the manuscript: "Structured experience shapes strategy learning and neural dynamics in the medial entorhinal cortex" Note on Extended Data figure numbering After the data and code were first deposited, the Extended Data figures in the manuscript were renumbered during final manuscript preparation. This was done to satisfy editorial formatting requirements that figures and Extended Data figures be numbered according to their order of citation in the main text. This change affects figure labels only. The underlying analyses, source data, cached intermediate files, plotted panels, and conclusions were not changed by the renumbering. Some archived scripts, comments, filenames, or output directories may therefore still use the earlier Extended Data/Supplementary Figure labels used during analysis.
