Comparable levels of innate immune responses between low DIPs and high DIPs LAIV inoculations in the mouse upper respiratory tract revealed by scRNA-seq

To investigate the extent of replication and strength of innate immune responses of low DIPs and high DIPs H3N2 LAIVs in mouse turbinate tissues, the 48-hpi transcriptomes were analyzed using scRNA-seq. Overall design: Female 6–8-week-old BALB/c mice were intranasally immunized with of low DIPs LAIV, high DIPs LAIV or placebo. The turbinate and adjacent mucosal tissues were isolated at 48 hpi for scRNA-seq.
