资源简介:
Among T cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs) are the centers of immune tolerance and, like normal T cells, are generally born in the thymus gland, activated in secondary lymphoid tissues such as lymph nodes, and accumulate at sites of infection. On the other hand, it has been reported that there are Tregs that are resident in non-lymphoid tissues or that accumulate in damaged tissues. In this study, we focused on Tregs in the central nervous system and analyzed Tregs in mouse models of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), cerebral infarction, and Alzheimer's disease. Overall design: To examine the tissue or disease specific gene expression of regulatory T cells (Tregs) in the brain and spinal cord with CNS diseases, such as ischemic stroke, EAE, or Alzheimer's disease, we performed bulk RNAseq of Tregs from several mouse models of these diseases.
