Hispanic-Serving Institutions' Pursuit of Title V Funding

This critical qualitative study explores Hispanic-Serving Institutions' (HSIs) pursuit of Title V funding via in-depth interviews with 23 institutional actors at 12 HSIs across the mainland United States. These sites include public Hispanic-serving community colleges and both public and private 4-year institutions, and the primary data for this study consists of transcripts of each participant's answers to a series of questions.
