Replication Data For: Alternative Non-Economic Measures of CDFI Lending Impact

This dataset contains anonymized information on 1,068 CSBDF loans closed in the analysis period between January 1, 2011 and March 31, 2021. Also included are values for all variables in the models sourced from public data: (1) social capital index values, (2) percent unemployment, (3) Gini income inequality coefficient values, (4) government spending per capita, (5) Simpson racial diversity index values, (6) percentage of the population voting Democrat, (7) percentage of the population aged 25 or older with at least a bachelor's degree, (8) the total number of violent and property crimes per 100,000 population, and (9) whether the loan recipient resides in a urban county.
