Dataset and Supporting Materials for: Hybrid Solar–Triboelectric Energy Harvesting Systems: A Systematic Literature Review on Design, Performance, and Stability
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the study-level dataset and supporting materials for the systematic literature review entitled “Hybrid Solar–Triboelectric Energy Harvesting Systems: A Systematic Literature Review on Design, Performance, and Stability.” The review synthesizes 33 primary studies (P01–P33) published between 2016 and 2026. Searches were conducted on 1 September 2026 using Scopus, ScienceDirect, IEEE Xplore, and the MDPI publishing platform. The studies were analyzed using descriptive and qualitative thematic synthesis to examine research trends, system architectures, materials, integration strategies, electrical performance, operating and environmental conditions, technical challenges, and future research opportunities. The deposited files comprise the main study dataset, search and screening records, detailed study characteristics, performance and operating-condition data, search-strategy documentation, the PRISMA 2020 checklist, the PRISMA flow diagram, and a README guide. Performance values are retained as reported in the primary studies, including units and testing conditions where available. Differences in device architectures, operating conditions, loads, and measurement methods limit direct cross-study comparisons. Application-relevance scores are exploratory ordinal coding assessments based on the rubric documented in the dataset; they do not represent application frequencies, experimentally verified deployment rates, or standardized technology-readiness measures. These files are intended to support transparency, traceability, and reuse of the study-level data and synthesis underlying the review, subject to the license specified in this record.
