Analysis of microbial community succession and related metabolic potential in shrimp culture system by bioflocs

The succession differences and related metabolic potential of microbial communities related to water and bioflocs in shrimp culture system were studied. At the same time, the regulation of microbial quorum sensing and related functional potential was analyzed.
