Comparison of single-cell profiles in patients with Long Covid (LC) and those who recovered (RC) from SARS-CoV-2 Infection

In this study, we conducted single-cell analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from five patients who developed myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) following acute SARS-CoV-2 infection. We also analyzed PBMCs from five individuals who fully recovered after SARS-CoV-2 infection. Our focus was on comparing and contrasting the various cell components of PBMCs between these two groups.
