This is the phase difference data of polystyrene microspheres imaged by the BioPhase phase instrument. The sizes of polystyrene microspheres include 4, 5, and 8 microns. The environmental fluids of polystyrene samples are mirror oil, pure water, and Nacl solution .The name of the data set, the data at the beginning is the size of the polystyrene microspheres, and the end is the environmental fluid. In the environmental fluid, you represents vitreous oil, shui represents pure water, and kong represents Nacl solution.For example, "4WMY_1_you" is the phase difference data of 100*100 pixels of 4 micron polystyrene microspheres under immersion oil environment liquid.
