Disrupted development of the mPFC-thalamic circuit in Shank3–/– mice, an autism-associated model

## Description of the data and file structure

This dataset contains all the data used to generate the figures and supplementary figures in the above manuscript. The study investigates developmental and adult alterations of the **medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC)–thalamic circuit** in **Shank3–/– mice**, a model of autism spectrum disorder.

The dataset is organized into multiple Excel tabs, where each tab corresponds to a **specific figure or supplementary figure**.
