2020年对青藏高原湖泊中浮游动物数据进行了分析,沿湖泊最深点至岸带的断面设置采样点,上传数据包含浮游动物的密度和优势种,浮游动物包含了枝角类、桡足类和轮虫3大类。此数据可以定量分析湖泊中浮游动物的群落结构特征,并表征不同湖泊中的代表种。数据通过显微镜鉴定的方法获取,鉴定的是水样体积为20L的混合水柱水样浓缩固定后的样品,在40倍放大后全片计数后获得。数据可用于浮游动物空间分布特征的分析和群落结构差异的空间特征分析,可用于食物网的研究之中。

In 2020, zooplankton sampling and analysis were conducted in lakes across the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Sampling sites were arranged along transects extending from the deepest point to the littoral zone of each lake. The submitted dataset contains data on zooplankton density and dominant species, with the zooplankton community covering three major taxa: Cladocera, Copepoda, and Rotifera. This dataset enables quantitative analysis of the community structure characteristics of zooplankton in lakes, as well as the characterization of representative species across different lakes. All data were acquired through microscopic identification: mixed water column samples with a total volume of 20 L were first concentrated and fixed, followed by full-slide counting at 40× magnification for species identification and quantification. This dataset can be utilized to analyze the spatial distribution patterns of zooplankton and the spatial heterogeneity of community structure differences, and support research on aquatic food webs.
