We isolated plasma exosomes from mice fed for 6 weeks with either standard chow, a high-fat diet or standard chow with sucrose supplemented drinking water. We injected these exosomes into control mice fed standard chow and sacrificed them 72 h after the injection for tissue analysis We used microarrays to detail the global changes of gene expression induced by the injected exosomes in liver, adipose and muscle tissues Overall design: C57BL6/J male mice were injected with exosomes isolated from plasma of mice maintained for 6 weeks with standard chow and tap drinking water (iCT), fed with 45% high-fat diet and tap drinking water (iHFD), or fed with standard chow and drinking water supplemented with 50% sucrose (iSAC)
