Gut microbiota in Rhumatoid arthritis patients, Raw sequence reads

Gut microbiota (GM) was analysed and compared in active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and in healthy patients. Metagenomic-based 16s rRNA was applied directly on stool of patients with RA and healthy controls. Alpha and beta diversity of microbes composing the both categories were applied dierctly ont sequencing data after cleaning and quality control validation.
