We explored the impact of transforming growth factor β receptor III (TGFBR3) knockdown on the microRNA expression in the human pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (hPASMC), at 24h timepoint. Human pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (hPASMC) in P2 were plated in 6-well plates and transfected with 200nM siRNA to transforming growth factor β receptor III (TGFBR3) (Santa Cruz Biotechnology) or Scrambled control (Ambion). Total RNA was extracted at 24h with miRNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) following the manufacturer’s instructions.
