We report RNA-seq expression data of wild-type (E14Tg2a) and 2 derivative mutants (∆K9.1 and ∆K9.2) lacking a region of the Nanog locus decorated by H3K9me3 and presenting severe differentiation delays particularly into primitive endoderm fate. Overall design: Parallel culture of 2 to 3 replicates of wild-type and mutant cells at different time-points of embryoid body differentiation.
