Chromatin analysis of multiple myeloma cells following CBP/p300 inhibition and degradation (RNA-Seq)

We performed RNA-seq on MM.1S cells treated with A-485, GNE-781, and the combination of both, or with dCBP-1. Cells were treated for six hours with each inhibitor (or combination) at a concentration of 100 nM. Cells were then lysed with appropriate lysis buffers, and RNA-seq procedure was carried out.
