Digital Chain Group Dataset of Pollution Discharge Permit for Non-ferrous Metal Industry - Titanium Smelting Sector is composed of simulated declaration documents developed in accordance with the technical specifications for pollution discharge permits applicable to the non-ferrous metal industry - titanium smelting sector. It contains two subsets: correctly simulated declaration forms and incorrectly simulated declaration forms for the non-ferrous metal industry - titanium smelting sector. Its main contents cover various documents such as basic information, production units, names of production facilities for production lines, process names, names of pollution-generating links, and permitted emission limits. After data cleaning and annotation, this dataset is used for training intelligent algorithm models. It can rapidly identify incorrect links in users' pollution discharge permit declarations, and the recognition target is achieved only when the correct version is identified as having zero errors. The work efficiency is increased by 1000% to 1500% compared with manual labor. It can also serve as standard declaration templates as supplementary materials for national regulatory documents. This dataset is applied in the *Intelligent Informatized Management System for Pollution Discharge Permits* and the *Comprehensive Digital Environmental Management System for Enterprises*. It greatly improves the efficiency and quality of pollution discharge permit issuance work carried out by ecological environment bureaus, and also enhances the execution quality and declaration filling efficiency of pollution discharge permits for enterprises.
