收藏资源简介:
This repository contains datasets and analysis R scripts supporting the study: Tamarit-Castro E., Steinbrecher F., Pfeufer L., Lechner E.R., Sauer H., Green L., Perry D., Linderholm H.W., Gullström M., Jutfelt F. (2026). "Fishes in eelgrass meadows show large interspecific differences in thermal acclimation to marine heatwaves". Global Change Biology Communications. It includes experimental measurements of critical thermal maximum (CTmax) for 12 coastal fish species associated with eelgrass (Zostera marina) meadows from the Swedish Skagerrak Coast, together with sea surface temperature data and analysis scripts used in the study. The experiment was conducted at Kristineberg Marine Research Station (KMRS, 58.125ºN, 11.375ºC) in Sweden, and fish were captured wild during July-September 2024 and acclimated in the laboratory to ambient (19ºC) and heatwave (23ºC) temperature treatments for 5 days. README.pdf - Includes a description of the file contents. Analyses were conducted in R (version 4.2.2). Required packages are listed within the scripts.
