资源简介:
Ni-based catalysts have garnered interest for the dry reforming of methane (DRM) due to their cost-effectiveness and notable Abstract: activity. Via the surface organometallic chemistry method, which has emerged as a powerful tool to synthesize well-defined model catalysts for reactions, we have synthesized narrowly size-distributed monometallic Ni nanoparticles on Al2O3, which shows notable catalytic DRM performance. Aproposed to be favoured at high temperature, 850 C, forming carbide-like phase, which will help the carbon gasification, thus preventing coke formation. At lower reaction temperatures, insertion of carbon will be hindered, hence its accumulation on the surface instead, ultimately leading to catalyst deactivation. In this study, Li was found to prevent catalyst deactivation at lower reaction temperature, likely because Li facilitated the carburization process, helping the carbide-like phase formation, and thereby preventing coke formation at lower temperatures.
