Comparing virome composition between honey bees (Apis mellifera) and small carpenter bees (Ceratina calcarata) in response to various agricultural landscapes

This study provides viromes composition in Apis mellifera and Ceratina calcarata across different landscape patterns. Findings shows that virome patterns are affected by bee species and landscape pattern.
