Viral load was categorized in two groups, and was considered “low” for values ≤6 log (copies/mL) and “high” for values >6 log (copies/mL). p-value = 0.03 for comparison between subgroups of presence of co-infection(s), according to age group (Cochran-Armitage trend test). p-value = 0.67 for comparison between subgroups of viral load, according to age group (Cochran-Armitage trend test).
