Spatial profiling of longitudinal Glioblastoma reveals consistent changes in GBM cellular architecture, post-treatment

These data contain all of the supporting files for the publication "Spatially charactering IDH-wildtype glioblastoma tumours pre- and post-treatment using multiplex imaging mass cytometry", including the raw high-dimension tiff images; marker spillover correction files; cell-segmentation masks, single-cell images and the processed (labelled) single-cell objects which are stored as SpatialExperiment RData objects.
